Item being sent to the wrong address

If you haven’t paid for an item, and the seller hasn’t sent your order yet, you can update your shipping address.

If you’ve paid for the item, the seller has to ship to the address listed on the my account page. If the address you provided is incorrect and the item is returned to the seller, you can contact them and ask to send it to your updated address. If the address in the order details page was correct and you didn’t receive the item, you are welcome to submit a request.
